Snoovely Shipping Policy
We ship to all 50 US states. All orders are dispatched from our US warehouse within 24 hours on business days.
Shipping rates
- Free standard shipping on every order, no minimum
- Standard delivery: 3 to 5 business days
Order processing
Orders placed before 2pm EST on business days ship the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends ship the next business day. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order leaves our warehouse.
Tracking your order
Check your email after dispatch for the tracking link. If you don't receive a tracking email within 48 hours of placing your order, check your spam folder, then email contact@getsnoovely.com.
Lost or stolen packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please wait 48 hours (sometimes carriers mark early). After 48 hours, email us. We'll work with the carrier to locate it or send a replacement.
International shipping
We currently ship to the US only. International expansion is on our roadmap.
